Hi! Thanks for taking interest in my work! If you would like to commission me, please be sure to read the Terms of Service and the Do's and Don't's before you proceed :]
Terms of Service
GENERAL
Please ensure that all references provided are legally obtained. Do not use GenAI to create the references. I would much prefer to see a doodle.I retain the right to refuse a request due to the content, subject, and/or personal reasons.I will only start working once I have received the payment. A rough sketch will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the payment unless I have communicated otherwise.Final artwork and any requested timelapses will be sent via through a Google Drive link.
REVISIONS
2 revisions allowed for the sketch stage. Once past the line art stage, only minor revisions are allowed. There will be fees for large revisions past the line art stage, starting at 5% of the total.If the work received is not quite to the same quality as my other work, please let me know, and I will try my best to fix it!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Work will take 1-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork.If something had come up and I am delayed for whatever reason, you will be informed.If the commission must be completed quickly, a rush fee may be applied.
USE
The commissioned artwork is solely for personal use.If the artwork is for commercial purposes, such as for streaming, YouTube videos, or merchandise, a fee will be applied.Feel free to post the commissioned artwork onto your social media, but be sure to link my social media as well!
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full rights to the artwork, which includes (but is not limited to) distribution and promotion. Redistribution, AI training, and claiming the artwork as your own or another person's is prohibited.If you would like me to not post the completed commission onto social media, or if I am only allowed to post after a certain period of time, please let me know!
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given if you cancel, or if something has occurred on my end and I cannot complete the commission on time.50% refund if sketch is complete.
30% refund if lineart and base color is complete.
20% refund if rendering is in progress.
COMMUNICATION
Communication will be through Discord DMs or email.
